Will Price aiming for podium at Casterton race weekend
Empire Kawasaki Off Road Race Team rider Will Price is hoping to return to the podium this weekend, during the Casterton rounds of the Victorian Off-Road Championship.
Price comes off a podium at his last outing, where he managed to get P3 in the E1 category, and P7 overall at the Australian Four Day Enduro in Western Australia.
Going into this weekend, Price is currently sitting 3rd in the Pro class and 3rd overall.
When speaking about the upcoming race weekend, Price was excited to get back on the bike.
"I am really glad to get back into some sandy conditions in Victoria, it also makes for a great lead-up to my next big race being the Hattah desert race in a few weeks’ time."
Last year, Price managed a P2 in round seven, and a P4 in round eight during the Casterton race, which are results that Price would love to replicate, if not better.
"The aim this weekend is to get the green bikes up on the podium again, like we did at this round last year," he added.
