Jake Cannon is continuing to make waves in the Australian Supercross scene as he builds on his impressive team debut, racing for the Brett Metcalfe-owned Penrite Racing GO24 Team Green Kawasaki program. The young rider, a standout in the SX2 class, showcased his speed and consistency once again at Round 3, proving he’s a serious contender in the competitive championship.
Cannon entered Round 3 with high expectations and delivered on them. He impressed throughout the event, finishing 6th in his Heat Race before backing up that solid performance with finishes of 5th and 7th in the Finals. Those results placed him 6th overall for the round, underlining his consistent form as he continues to adapt to the highly competitive SX2 class.
With Round 4 at Marvel Stadium on the horizon, the team is looking forward to another opportunity to showcase Cannon's talent. Team owner Brett Metcalfe and the entire Penrite Racing GO24 Team Green Kawasaki program are confident in their rider's development and are optimistic about his prospects in the remaining rounds of the series.
