Brett Metcalfe shared his thoughts on the decision:
"I announce this with a heavy heart. A decision has been made to pursue another direction in racing, which will see the end of the GO24 chapter, along with Kawasaki Team Green's relationship. I have loved every minute of representing Team Green, with my family and all the GO24 team!"
