Western MX Series – Round 1: Max Closter

Overall Result: 4th
Round 1 at Colac delivered a full day of hard racing, mixed results, and a fair bit of excitement. With three motos on the schedule, consistency was the goal—and despite a wild moment in Race 2, the day wrapped up on a high.

Race Results:

  • Race 1: 6th
  • Race 2: 5th
  • Race 3: 3rd

The day started solidly with a 6th in Race 1, setting the pace for some tight battles ahead. Race 2 brought the biggest challenge—an unexpected crash featuring a less-than-graceful front flip off the bike. Not ideal, but after dusting off and getting back into the flow, a 5th-place finish kept valuable points on the board.

Race 3 was the highlight, finishing 3rd and ending the round with strong momentum. Those results combined for 4th overall, a finish to be proud of after a tough day and a mid-round tumble.
